Simply install Silhouette Connect and you will be provided a new option within your Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW software program to send the vector image to your Silhouette. Then you should see your Silhouette CAMEO 4 listed but still not connected. When the Devices box opens, make sure you have Bluetooth On on your computer. On a MAC, open the System Preferences and click the Bluetooth Icon. Apart from that, all technical characteristics such as the cutting force (210gf) or the maximum cutting thickness (2mm) remain the same. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. This plug-in provides you the ability to send projects you've designed in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW directly to your Silhouette electronic cutting tool with no need to convert them to a Silhouette Studio compatible format. USB: The Silhouette Portrait does not have a USB key reader (unlike the Cameo), which requires you to connect to a computer to perform cutting.
